Azerbaijan and Russia agreed to intensify economic and trade cooperation during talks in Baku on Monday between Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, underscoring plans to expand transport links and deepen sectoral investment.
