OPEC Fund approves $90.4 mln loan for Sumgait wastewater plant in Azerbaijan

The OPEC Fund for International Development has approved a $20 million loan to Azerbaijan to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the fund said following its 195th governing board meeting on March 24.

British armed forces and supporting agencies have been granted the authority to inspect and detain vessels under UK sanctions passing through British territorial waters. The decision was taken by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on March 25.
