$568 million transferred to Azerbaijan in 6 months

In the first half of 2024, money transfers to Azerbaijan from abroad (excluding operations of capital nature) totalled $567.8 million.This was reported by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. The report says this is down by 36.3% from the same period of 2023. Of the 6-month cash barats, $287.05 million came from Russia. This is 52.8% less than a year ago. A share of Azerbaijan's northern neighbor in remittances has fallen from 68.2% to 50.6%...
