ADIF puts up for auction "Bank Standard" property
The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has announced the public auction of real estate of the "Bank Standard", which is in the process of liquidation.This is reported on the ADIF's website.
The message says that the sale will take place on August 12 at the Baku Auction Center. Buyers are provided with a non-residential area of 197 square meters located at 261/B4 Ataturk Avenue, Nizami district, Ganja, as well as a non-residential building with an area of 675.5 square meters at 9 Dede Gorgud str., Zagatala city.
The property is estimated at AZN 450.000 and AZN 485.000 manats, respectively.
