Average salary in financial sector of Azerbaijan is up by 18%

In the first half of 2024, the average monthly salary in the financial sector of Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 2,878. This is reported by the State Statistics Committee. According to the data, this is up by 18.1% from the same period of 2023. In January-June, financial workers in the public sector received an average of AZN 3,332, while in the private sector - AZN 2,769. This is up by 21.6% and 17.2% from a year ago, respectively.
