Azerbaijani banks increase their credit investments by nearly 20%

As of the end of August 2024, the Azerbaijani banks had a loan portfolio in the amount of 24,547,5 million manats. This is stated in a banking review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the document, this is up by 1.4% from the end of July. Note that the bank loan investments grew by 12.4% as compared to the end of the last year and by 19.6% over the past year.
