Azerbaijan's expenditures in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur approach $8 billion

In the first quarter of 2024, the state budget expenditures for the restoration and reconstruction of territories liberated from occupation in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 1.2 billion, or about $ 0.7 billion.
