‘Baku Stock Exchange’ violates Law ‘On Securities Market’

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued an official warning to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). This is reported on the CBA website. The report says that within the framework of supervision measures conducted by the organisation, it was found that the BSE did not comply with Articles 46.2 and 46.3 of the Law ‘On Securities Market’, and the Exchange was warned.
