Buyers of publicly offered shares in Azerbaijan to open depo account free of charge

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has amended the "National Deposit Centre Service Fee" approved on 1 December 2020. The resolution, signed by CBA chairman Taleh Kazimov, has been placed in the State Register of Legal Acts under the Ministry of Justice. According to the decision, investors who purchased shares offered by public offering method will not be charged service fee for opening deposit accounts.
