CBA: NBCO "Para" has liabilities to state funds

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has commented on the non-cancellation of the licence of non-banking credit organization "Para", which has been practically insolvent for 3 years (liabilities exceed its assets). The structure reports that the credit organisation was founded in 2017 on the basis of "Parabank", which had its licence revoked.
