In Azerbaijan, 3 banks provide no mobile banking services

By the end of 2023, 20 out of 23 banks in Azerbaijan have provided mobile banking services. This is stated in the review of digital payments published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the review, this is down by 1 from 2022. To remind, Internet banking services covered all banks in the country. The review does not mention names of banks that do not provide mobile banking services.
