‘Тroni’ investment company increases authorised capital by nearly AZN 300, 000

'Тroni' investment company has increased its authorised capital by AZN 0.26 million or 21.6 %, from AZN 1.2 million to AZN 1.46 million.This is reported in the state register of commercial organisations of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy. According to the information, to increase the capital, a nominal value of 10, 000 outstanding shares of the financial organisation was enlarged from AZN 120.32 to AZN 146.32.
