Voting of shareholders at meeting is transferred into electronic form in Azerbaijan

The National Deposit Centre (NDC) has, for the first time in Azerbaijan, put into operation an electronic system of remote holding of general meeting of shareholders, online voting of shareholders (E-vote). This is stated in the NDC's report. The report says that information on the procedure of familiarisation with the date, place and agenda of the meeting is placed on the investor portal created by the centre (https://invp.e-mdm.gov.az/)....
