Do mobile operators maintain confidentiality?

The "Conference of the Parties (COP29)" will be held in Baku from November 11 to 22. COP "Conference of the Parties", that is, the Conference of the Parties, and the number 29 in the name indicates that the event is the 29th in a row. By October 1, 2023, 100,514 Armenians who moved to Armenia from Karabakh had left Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan builds houses for returning former residents of the region, but these works are mainly conducted in places where Azerbaijanis live, until 1992.
