Confrontation of World's Largest Oil Producers Complicates Forecasts for Oil Prices

Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev (BNEZ) of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) plans to start production of gasoline conforming to Euro-5 environmental standards this month.
