Decrease in Oil Production and Its Value Correct Azerbaijan's GDP Forecasts

Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev (BNEZ) of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) plans to start production of gasoline conforming to Euro-5 environmental standards this month.
