Foods became 2.6% more expensive in big towns, on the average, in February. The biggest increase by 5.7% was observed in Nakhchivan. The prices rose by 4.2% in Mingechevir, by 1.2% in Gandja, by 0.4% in Lenkoran, and by 1.5% in Guba. Eggs became 29.1% cheaper in Gandja, Mingechevir and Guba. Market experts guess this resulted from the spread information about the "bird flu" infection in Azerbaijan. White sturgeon became 16.6% cheaper in Lenkoran....
