Foods became 9% more expensive in Azerbaijan"s cities and big towns on the average in March. The prices grew by 10.2% in Baku, by 9.3% in Guba, by 9% in Mingechevir, by 8.6% in Lanakaran, and by 8.3% in Nakhchivan and Gandja. The most indicative increase regarded chicken - by 28.5%, beef - by 19.5%, mutton - by 18.3%, flour - by 10%, and white sturgeon - by 8%. However, several foods became 10-15% cheaper because of the beginning of the warm seas...
