The prices of foods grew by 5.7% on the average in Azerbaijan"s big towns in January, 2008. They grew most of all (by 10.3%) in Baku. The indexes grew by 5.1% in Nakhchivan, by 7.3% in Gandja, by 4.5% in Lankaran, by 6% in Mingechevir, and by 1.8% in Guba.
