President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree “On certain measures to improve activities in the fields of digitalization, electronic government, artificial intelligence and innovation in the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

On the night of February 26, 1992, combined Armenian armed formations and units of the former Soviet army opened fire on residents of the Karabakh town of Khojaly.

A consultative meeting is being held in Baku under the 2026 Individual Partnership Cooperation Programme (IPCP) between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense and NATO. The discussions form part of the Planning and Review Process within NATO’s Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC).

Claims circulated in Azerbaijan’s Telegram segment alleging that 270 million manats (approximately $159 million) had “disappeared” from the M10 electronic wallet platform. The Telegram channel “Baku Boulevard” suggested the funds were transferred or withdrawn, drawing attention to the platform’s affiliation with Kapital Bank and PashaPay.
