Baku/20.12.23/Turan: Citizens who returned to the territories liberated from the Armenian occupation will be able to vote in the early presidential elections there on February 7, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov told reporters today. According to him, today there are 23 thousand voters in the liberated territories. 26 polling stations have already been established there, each of which accounts for 800-900 voters.
If new voters arrive in the liberated territories by the day of voting, they will be provided with absentee ballots and will be able to participate in the elections at their place of actual residence, Panahov noted.—06B-
