To date, more than 150 Russian citizens have been taken out of Karabakh. Reception of appeals from Russian citizens continues, noted in the message of the Russian peacekeepers.
It should be noted that on February 15 and 16, several Red Cross convoys and trucks of peacekeepers drove along the Lachin road.
According to the Armenian media, on Thursday the Red Cross brought eight patients to Armenia.
Recall that since December 12, 2022, representatives of the civil society of Azerbaijan have blocked the Lachin road near the city of Shusha. They protested against the ignorance of the laws of Azerbaijan by the Karabakh Armenians. In particular, it was about illegal development of gold deposits in the former Mardakert region. In addition, the Armenians used the Lachin road in violation of the tripartite statement of November 2020 and transported weapons along it. ---02D---
