Baku/24.10.22/Turan: Last week, 89 mines and 367 unexploded ordnance (UXO) were discovered and neutralized in the territories liberated from occupation, ANAMA (Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency) reported on Monday.
On October 17-22, operations to clear territories were carried out in Terter, Aghdam, Khojavend, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan regions.
As a result of the these works, 61 anti-personnel and 28 anti-tank mines, as well as 367 NBP were discovered and neutralized.
In total, 381 hectares of territory were cleared of mines and UXO during this period. --05D06--

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times.
