Baku/28.03.23/Turan: By the decree of the head of state dated March 28, Masim Mammadov was appointed special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Lachyn district.
It should be noted that earlier Masim Mammadov worked in the system of the Ministry of Ecology. He was one of those who negotiated with Russian peacekeepers on Novemver 2022 to visit Azerbaijani ecologists of gold and copper deposits that were illegally exploited in Karabakh by Armenian separatists.--0--
