On August 10, Defense Minister Safar Abiyev met with Deputy Defense Minister of South Korea, Baek Seun Chong.
Abiyev called for the development of cooperation in the military field, and declared his readiness to sign the memorandum.
The entry into force of such a document will create new opportunities to strengthen military ties, said Abiyev.
The parties also discussed the possibility of cooperation in military education, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reported. -02D-
