After comparing the Parliament to the zoo, Ilham Aliyev approved the amendments to the law on "Animal World"
The head of state approved the amendments to the law on "Animal World" from 1 October 2012.
The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of preparing the relevant proposals and presenting them to the head of state and of bringing the available regulations into compliance with the amendments in three months. What exactly the amendments and changes are has not been reported.
Recently, a political scientist compared the Parliament to the zoo in a social network, and another one said it resembled to the zoo circus. In response, the deputies said they will submit them to the court. -02D-
