Ali Hasanov again "warns" the Red Cross
Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the State Committee for Refugees, Ali Hasanov, called on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to intensify efforts to release Dilgam Asgarova and Shahbaz Guliyev detained by the Armenians in Kelbajar region occupied by Armenia, and the return of the body of Hasan Hasanov. Hasanov said about it at a meeting with Denise Duran, the head of the ICRC Baku Office.
As the press service Goskombezhentsev Hasanov, head of the ICRC office making "serious warning", noted the need to strengthen the activities of the rescue and recovery of the body of the victim.
According to him, the inaction undermines public confidence in Azerbaijan to international organizations. "If Armenia today demonstrates a similar position with regard to the hostages and killed, how they can speak about neighborhood in the future," said Hasanov. According to the same source, the appeal of the family members of Asgarova and Guliyev to Russian President Putin on July 28 have been delivered to the Kremlin through special communication.
Askerov has a Russian citizenship, and Guliyev’s wife is a Russian citizen. Askerov, Guliyev and Hasanov in early July visited the Kalbajar region of Azerbaijan occupied by Armenians in 1993. So they were spotted and arrested as "saboteurs." During the firefight, Hasanov was killed and later was buried.
The Armenian side filed a lawsuit against Asgarov and Guliyev and for murder, espionage, etc., and refuses to consider them hostages. Official Baku says that these people have done nothing wrong, but only visited their homes, and calls for their release.—06D-
