Ali Hasanov justifies himself and threatens his critics
Baku/17.12.18/Turan: In recent days, social networks have covered a new wave of criticism and outright swearing between the emigrant circles and the authorities of Azerbaijan.
The process began with the fact that political emigrants published outright insults on the leaders of Azerbaijan and their families on Youtube and Facebook. During a few days these videos gained hundreds of thousands of views.
In these videos they accused Ali Hasanov, the assistant to the head of state, of persecuting relatives of political emigrants, insulting the graves of their loved ones, and publishing these acts of vandalism in social networks.
In connection with these accusations, on December 17, Ali Hasanov posted his answer on Facebook, the essence of which is that he did not give any instructions about the persecution or pressure on political emigrants.
According to him, attempts to associate his name with the desecration of the grave of his father Vidadi Iskenderli, is a "cheap show".
"Such gossip is dissolved purposefully, their goal is to connect the authorities with dirty scandals, and to disgrace and slander me, as an official who is directly involved in the implementation of the ideological and moral policies of the authorities; because my authority and reputation in society directly affect the effectiveness of the information policy and the propaganda of the current government," Hasanov writes.
Hasanov categorically rejects accusations against himself, accusing the "anti-Azerbaijani circles" of organizing this campaign, and threatens political emigrants with responsibility before the law.
It should be noted that political émigrés stated that the editor and his relatives of one of the pro-government sites, which is directly subordinate to Ali Hasanov, desecrated the grave of Vidadi Iskenderli"s father.
"No one would dare to do this without the direct instructions of Ali Hasanov," said political emigrant Vidadi Iskenderli. He also claimed that after the incident, the police had detained the said persons, but then released them by the order of Ali Hasanov.
Attempts by the Turan agency to get a comment to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on this issue were futile.
Meanwhile, the street curses and insults to the authorities of the country and personally Ali Hasanov are increasing in social networks. -02B-
