The Head of State Ilham Aliyev received OSCE PA Special Representative on South Caucasus Christian Vigenin, who arrived in Baku within the framework of the regional visit to the South Caucasus.
During the conversation Vigenin and Aliyev discussed the issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE PA.
The sides also discussed the situation around the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and the situation with the negotiations and settlement prospects. -02D-
