American journalist has proved that Armenia violated the Terms of the Statement signed on November 9

Baku/27.02.21/Turan: At a press conference held in Baku on February 26, President I. Aliyev spoke about the shortcomings in the mission of the Russian peacekeepers, allowing saboteurs to enter Karabakh along the Lachin road.  In Azerbaijan, saboteurs are called the servicemen sent from Armenia to Karabakh after the signing of the trilateral Declaration to end the war on November 9, 2020.

On the same day, American freelance journalist Patrick Lancaster published a video report he had filmed confirming Aliyev's assertion. The parents of the Armenian soldiers who took part in the protest at the gates of the Armenian Defense Ministry told Lancaster about the Armenian soldiers secretly sent to Karabakh.  It was intended to secretly transport the children of the parents who had gathered at the Defense Ministry to Karabakh to continue their military service. According to the parents, it was planned to take the soldiers who had completed their vacation in Armenia to Karabakh at 3 o'clock at night (on the night of February 25-26) in a closed truck carrying construction materials.

"Aliyev said that he does not allow Armenian soldiers to serve in Karabakh. They will be taken prisoner there. Therefore, we do not want our children to be taken there as building material. The Ministry of Defense has received a delegation of parents, negotiations are underway," the grandfather of the Armenian soldier said.

Another parent who was interviewed says that "Artsakh is no longer Armenia," and the parents want their children to serve in their native country. There is a government decree, this is not allowed. "

The third respondent to the journalist's questions is the grandfather of a soldier who returned from the Karabakh war in a state of depression. The soldier was cured; his parents were promised that he would spend the rest of his service in Armenia. But they deceived; the Ministry of Defense wants to take the soldier to Karabakh.

The soldier's mother added: they intended to take her son away in ordinary civilian clothes. Another woman confirms that the soldiers were ordered to arrive at the assembly point to be sent to Karabakh in civilian clothes. Before the post of Russian peacekeepers, cars on the road are checked by an Azerbaijani post that will take Armenians prisoner, the mother of the Armenian soldier reports.

- In light of the conflict between the army and the government of Armenia, at the moment it is not clear who sanctioned this provocative activity in Armenia.

The Telegram channel considers Lancaster's video evidence of a violation of the trilateral agreement by the Armenian side, and expects that the Azerbaijani authorities will raise the issue of the effectiveness of the control measures of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Karabakh. —0—
