Araik Harutyunyan
Araik went to Moscow and decided not to resign?
Baku/25.03.23/Turan: The Armenian newspaper "Hraparak|, citing its sources, reported that separatist leader Araik Harutyunyan returned from Moscow a few days ago, where he had held a series of meetings.
After his return, he gathered his closest entourage and said that the issue of his resignation had been postponed and there would be "no presidential election in the near future".
"He also said that it was necessary to prepare for a long and tough confrontation - to respond shot for shot, prevent sabotage attempts and destroy saboteurs, restore normal life in Karabakh, engage the alternative road and arm from small to large to prepare for the coming war."
He further said that Armenians had two choices - either to withdraw from Karabakh, or to fight and, if necessary, die, in order to retain their independence. The integration with Azerbaijan is ruled out," the newspaper writes. -0-
