Baku/30.08.19/Turan: "I am pleased that, after serving his 5 years imprisonment sentence, journalist #SeymurHazi is finally free in #Azerbaijan. The international human rights organization recognized him as a "prisoner of conscience".
The European Court of Human Rights declared Hazi"s arrest unlawful and decided the journalist should be paid compensation in the amount of 13 thousand euros for moral damage and another 1,500 euros for reimbursement of legal expenses. -0-
