On September 18 afternoon at the International Press Center Vahan Martirosyan will hold a press conference. According to a press release from the event, Martirosyan is a member of the opposition "National Liberation Movement", and was forced to leave Armenia because of pressure from government agencies and individuals. "Due to the threat to him and members of his family he fled from Armenia, and asked for political asylum in Azerbaijan." -02D-

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
