Armenia and Azerbaijan agree on frequency sharing
Baku/09.06.20/Turan: Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to "divide" the radio frequencies on the border, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan said on June 8.
“In cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva in 2019, three meetings were held with Azerbaijan,” “Sputnik Armenia” quotes Arshakyan.
According to him, the topic of discussion was the problems that arise with frequencies at the border. Until now, the parties could not agree on what frequencies each country will use.
"However, the last three meetings have yielded results. An agreement has been reached on 134 frequencies, and now they are freely used by us," the minister said.
