Baku/03.02.22/Turan: Through Russia, Azerbaijan received proposals from the Armenian side on the issue of border delimitation.
"However, Armenia has no legal, political or moral right to put forward any conditions," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a briefing in Baku on February 3.
According to him, there is no need to show any "creativity" in the issue of border delimitation - you just need to recognize international borders, he noted.
*Two weeks ago the Armenian side made public its proposals, which implied a "mirror" withdrawal from the line of confrontation between the Armenian and Azerbaijani forces.
