Baku/23.08.21/Turan: At around 21:00 on Sunday, senior lieutenant of the Armenian Armed Forces Artur Borisovich Davidyan left the place of permanent deployment without the permission of the higher command. After a while, contact with him was lost. According to preliminary information, the senior lieutenant was lost in poor visibility and ended up on the Azerbaijani side, the message of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
With the mediation of the Russian side, steps are being taken to confirm the appearance of a military on the Azerbaijani side, the report said.
