Owing to the regular closure of airspace over Astrakhan, state airline AZAL suspends all flights on the Baku-Astrakhan-Baku route for an indefinite period for flight safety. This was announced by Azerbaijan's state airline AZAL on 3 February.
Passengers who bought tickets will be able to get a full refund or change the direction. For this purpose it is necessary to apply to the airline by e-mail: callcenter@azal.az.
Recall that recently Russian airports in Astrakhan, Volgograd and other cities were attacked by Ukrainian drones.
Earlier, AZAL suspended flights to Grozny, Minvody, Kazan, Samara, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Sochi, Makhachkala and Vladikavkaz for the same reason.
