Azerbaijan does not plan opening land borders: presidential aide
Baku/26.07.21/Turan: The Azerbaijani authorities are not considering the issue of opening land borders, said at a briefing on July 26 the presidential aide Shahmar Movsumov.
He also said that persons who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons would receive an appropriate certificate. This includes pregnant and lactating women and other persons, the list of which will be determined by the commission of the Ministry of Health.
