Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister is leaving for Yerevan
Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, Mahmud Mamedquliyev, and head of the Mission of Azerbaijan to the EU, Fuad Iskandarov, are leaving for Yerevan.
According to the Foreign Ministry spokesman, Elman Abdullayev, the purpose of the visit is the participation in the third informal meeting of foreign ministers of the "Eastern Partnership".
According to Elman Abdullayev, Azerbaijan's participation in this event is realized in cooperation with the European Union. This is the final preparatory event before the summit of "Eastern Partnership" in November in Vilnius. -16D04-

European observers are creating "distrust" between Baku and Brussels, stated President Ilham Aliyev on Monday during the presentation of credentials by the new Belgian ambassador, Julien de Frepon.
