Members of the Azerbaijani organized militia detained in Moscow
Russian secret services conducted a joint operation in the Moscow region, and detained the members of the "organized ethnic groups suspected of committing crimes."
All the detainees are natives of Azerbaijan: a 33-year-old "thief in law", known in the criminal world as "Rapho-Ganjinsky", according to the Moscow police. According to the investigation, last year he committed a murder in Moscow. Trying to avoid prosecution, "Rapho-Ganjinsky" disappeared, and is on the federal wanted list.
During the arrest, he had a fake Russian passport with the name of a native of Dashkesan. -02D-
