Azerbaijani Embassy in Israel to open late in March
Baku/03.03.23/Turan: The official visit of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to Israel will take place in the last days of March.
The visit is timed to coincide with the opening of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israeli media reported. The day before, Azerbaijani Ambassador Mukhtar Mammadov presented his credentials to the Israeli Foreign Ministry.
In December 2022, Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayev visited Israel to select the Embassy building.
A decision to open the first-ever Azerbaijani Embassy in Israel was adopted in the fall of 2022. The Ambassador was appointed in November. -02B-
