Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Replied to Armenian Defense Minister
Baku / 27.02.19 / Turan: A statement by the Minister of Defense of Armenia on the acquisition of offensive weapons on the day when his country committed genocide against the civilian population of Khojaly 27 years ago is an obvious indicator of an aggressive policy. This was stated by the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan in response to the statement of the head of the Armenian military department David Tonoyan.
"This statement of the Armenian Defense Minister clearly shows the international community who really wants peace, and who, pursuing a policy of aggression, acquires offensive weapons," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Recall that Tonoyan said Armenia will not expect the onset of hostilities by Azerbaijan and can be the first to attack, if it sees that fit. -02D-
