Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov will kick off a visit to France on Monday. According to Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev, the Minister will meet the OSCE Minsk Group`s Co-Chairs to discuss The Nagorno-Karabakh talks.
