Baku/29.09.23/Turan: Azerbaijan has a list of about two hundred Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh whom it wants to detain on charges of various crimes, Reuters reports, citing a "high-ranking diplomat" who wished not to be named.
The first arrests of separatist leaders have already begun and will continue in the near future.
According to unofficial data, separatist leader Samvel Shahramanyan is negotiating with Baku in order to obtain permission for the former and current leaders of the region to leave Karabakh unhindered.
