Baku wants to figure out how Victoria Nuland helped the Armenians
Azerbaijani embassy in the US was instructed to clarify the role of the United States Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland in the failure of the PACE resolution on Nagorno-Karabakh, said Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, when asked about the publications in Armenian media on the subject.
