CEC Cancels Results of Local Elections in One Municipality
Baku / 31.12.19 / Turan: Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission canceled the results of local elections held on December 23 in one municipality.
The reason for this was the impossibility of revealing the will of voters at polling stations NN 8 and 10 of the district, which served as the basis for the cancellation of the results for the whole municipality.
However, the CEC does not specify what kind of violations took place and by whom they were committed.
In the other remaining 1,605 municipalities, the CEC recognized the elections as held.
The official final results of the CEC should be announced before January 10. –21С-
