CEC continues to send complaints to District Election Commissions
Baku / 20.02.20 / Turan: The CEC filed complaints about violations during the February 9 early parliamentary elections from the 99th Shamkir rural district, the 27th Sabunchu Second District and 121 Lachin District for consideration by the relevant District Election Commissions (DEC).
These decisions were taken at today's meeting of the CEC.
Today, the CEC invalidated the voting results at the 8th precinct of the 40th Kapaz (Ganja) constituency. This decision does not affect the general election results in the constituency. — 06D--

Afgan Sadygov, the head of the Azerbaijani website Azel.TV, who has been on a dry hunger strike since February 2 in the Tbilisi detention center, lost consciousness on Tuesday evening, his wife Sevinc Sadygova told Turan.

On February 5, a preparatory hearing was held in the Baku Court for Serious Crimes, chaired by Vugar Ibrahimov, in the case of former diplomat Emin Ibrahimov. The main hearings are scheduled for February 12.
