Court of Appeal dismisses complaint of candidate Bakhtiyar Hajiyev (Video)
Baku / 21.02.20 / Turan: On February 21, the Baku Court of Appeal rejected the complaint of the candidate for Deputy Bakhtiyar Hajiyev about the rigging of the February 9 elections in the Milli Majlis in the 29th Sabail constituency. Thus, the court upheld the CEC decision on the recognition of the voting results as valid.
Earlier the CEC canceled the results of voting in six precincts of this constituency, but this did not affect the result and the winner was the head of the Formula -1 racing press service Nigar Arpadarai. -16D-

The Azerbaijani parliament has approved the formation of new municipalities through the consolidation of existing ones, aiming to enhance administrative efficiency and local governance.
