Baku/20.12.23/Turan: On December 19, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov received Martina Barker-Chiganikova and Goran Petrov, representatives of the Needs Assessment Mission of the OSCE Bureau of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
The parties discussed issues of preparation for the early presidential elections of Azerbaijan on February 7, 2024, and international obligations in this direction, the Mınistry ofForeign Affairs.
Elnur Mammadov informed "about the steps being taken to hold the upcoming elections in a free, fair and transparent manner, as well as measures related to the participation of international observers in the elections."
