Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will visit Brussels on December 17 to attend the 13th meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan cooperation.
During his visit he will also meet with the EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule and Cypriot Foreign Minister Erato Kazoku-Marcoullis and discuss all aspects of relations between Azerbaijan and the EU, including the political, economic and humanitarian issues. On February 13, the Appeal Court did not satisfy the defense's appeal against the decision of the Khatai Court regarding the arrest of journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi.
